This Class is for the serious student who wants to advance their healing skills or spiritual growth. You will receive the Usui Master attunement and learn the Master Symbol which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols. You will practice using this master symbol, in addition to learning a reiki meditation that strengthens the mind and expands consciousness. The use of crystals and stones will be addressed as well as how to make a Reiki grid to continuously send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged. And more...

In this class you will receive an attunement which will allow you to pass on Reiki to others. You will also learn how to give attunements for the various levels of reiki, additional meditation techniques, a Healing Attunement which can empower your reiki treatments, and you will have plenty of practice and sharing time.

EFT is a tapping technique that utilizes the body's meridian end points to retrain broken energy patterns in your body to be in a more positive state; thus decreasing stress on a physical, emotional, or mental level. This is easy to learn and do and can be done by anyone of any age.

You will receive information on how to do EFT and practice it during this 60 minute session. This is a technique you can try on any form of stress or dicomfort in your life.

Laughter Yoga is good for all ages and combines breathing with laughter exercises.  Its focus is to work our internal organs, increase the oxygen in the body, and create an overall playfulness within each of us, thereby decreasing stress and increasing mood.
