Half hour of swedish or therapeutic massage on the back and neck followed by a half hour of Energy Balancing which may include Reiki, Divine Coding, or Tuning Forks. This is truly the best of both worlds.

Full Reiki treatment which may include other similar energy balancing modalities

Your Reiki session may include any of the following: laying on of hands techniques, tuning forks, toning, and/or divine coding. No muscle manipulation is included in this session. The purpose is to balance your chakras and energy field (aura located around the body) to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. Often clients report cleared mind chatter, a better nights rest, clearing of negative emotions, and a feeling of lightness, pain relief, and much more! This is a must-try therapy for the novice!

Tuning Forks are utilized to balance the 7 major and 5 minor chakras. The benefits of this therapy include: decreased mental chatter, deep relaxation, decreased physical pain, overall balance of body, mind, and emotions. Tuning Forks will be done up to about 40 min with the remaining time being utilized with Reiki and/or Massage

Also known as Lazy Mans Yoga. This massage is performed on a matt on the floor. As your Tai Yoga Massage Therapist, I will be helping you to deepen various yoga stretches while relaxing as you receive massage as well.

Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with client fully clothed. This massage is great for employees in an office or for a quick pick-me-up.

Reiki I focusses on healing the physical body. In class, you will learn the history of Reiki, why/how it works, the Chakras/Meridian lines, and Auric field, in addition to practicing giving yourself and others reiki.

The focus is on emotional and distant healing. You will receive a level II attunement and learn the first three Reiki symbols which can enhance your results with Reiki. Additional Japanese techniques will also be taught and you will practice giving and receiving Reiki using your new knowledge and class experience.

This Class is for the serious student who wants to advance their healing skills or spiritual growth. You will receive the Usui Master attunement and learn the Master Symbol which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols. You will practice using this master symbol, in addition to learning a reiki meditation that strengthens the mind and expands consciousness. The use of crystals and stones will be addressed as well as how to make a Reiki grid to continuously send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged. And more...

In this class you will receive an attunement which will allow you to pass on Reiki to others. You will also learn how to give attunements for the various levels of reiki, additional meditation techniques, a Healing Attunement which can empower your reiki treatments, and you will have plenty of practice and sharing time.

Learn more about your 7 main chakras (energy centers that assimilate your thoughts and experiences and affect how you feel physically) and techniques you can use to help keep yourself feeling good and in balance!

What happens during a laughter Yoga session/seminar? We do group activities to get our smile muscles and diaphragms working for us! Laughter Yoga combines breathing and laughter exercises. Its focus is to work our internal organs, increase the oxygen in the body, and create an overall playfulness within each of us, thereby decreasing stress and increasing mood.
