The use of hand-picked river rocks create various temperatures, textures, and pressure to create a sensational massage. Stone massage is also great as it helps with clearing energy with its naturally occuring geomagnetism as well as polarity balancing. Using essential oils enhances the session with their aromatic fragrance and varying therapeutic qualities.

Start off with a heavenly foot soak then scrub. To follow is a massage of the legs and feet.

A head/neck/face massage along with an herbal cleansing, towel steam, & mask

Your choice of a salt or sugar scrub massaged into skin & then cleansed off-great body exfoliation. Afterwards enjoy some time in the infrared sauna to further detox your skin.

Infrared Sauna Therapy is almost like using a regular sauna but without the steam. The sauna assists your body in weight loss, pain management, skin purification, detoxification, and stress reduction.
