A 60 minute Swedish Massage relaxes muscles through pressure applied to the muscles and joints with soothing strokes returning blood to the heart. This increases oxygen flow and releases toxins built up in the muscles.

Infant massage is a great way for parents to bond with their new baby. A few of the many benefits include decreased stress for the parents and their baby, relieves infant's colic & gas, infants sleep deeper and longer, stimulates the baby's brain development, and parents learn to understand their infant's cues.

Private lessons run for 3 weeks for approximately 1 hour each week. This one-on-one instruction is a great way to reduce distractions so parents can focus on their baby. The class includes parenting information, supplemental materials,
massage oil and Vimala McClure’s book Infant Massage: a Handbook for
Loving Parents.

This class is based on simple, easy-to-learn Swedish massage techniques and is designed to help you and your partner share nurturing, relaxing, and therapeutic benefits of massage with each other. Each private 2 1/2 hour lesson includes a minimum amount of lecture with a focus on massage techniques and communication skills so you can start practising right away. Class size is limited to one couple at a time, so each student receives personalized attention.
