Experience the ultimate relaxation. This 50 minute therapeutic reflexology session focuses on pressure points in the feet that impacts the whole body. This calming interlude helps melt away stress, improves the quality of sleep and brings restoration to the body.

Every service is concluded with quiet time in the Njeri Relaxation Room with a cup of herbal tea or water.

This 60 minute service includes your feet being indulged in a Caribbean foot soak, followed by a relaxing reflexology finished with a touch of the aroma island Caribbean creme. To add the finishing touch of a real getaway, your hands will be gently soothed with a Caribbean moisturing creme which is then slipped into a heated sauna mitten.

Every service is concluded with quiet time in the Njeri Relaxation Room with a cup of herbal tea or water.

The bride-to-be will be indulged in a critus foot bath with fresh slices of oranges, lemons and limes foot soak to prepare her for her pampering reflexology. Then, she will enjoy a lite lunch in a relaxing atomosphere in the Njeri's Serenity Room.

• In need of a relaxing, fun, peaceful, and stress reducing reflexology
• Interested in enhancing or re-connecting in your relationship
• Want to learn basic techniques to address minor conditions, such as headaches, sinus, poor circulation.
You will need to bring 2 bath towels and 2 pillows. Be ready to relax and have fun.
