Traditional massage therapy is used to increase circulation, increase the movement of lymph and to stimulate the nervous system which in turn helps to release muscle tension, pain and stress. Massage includes all areas from the head to your toes, front to back excluding clients’ personal areas. Your session will be tailored for any specific health concerns or pain syndromes to achieve the best possible results for relief.

Mini version of full body massage. Work is focused on the upper body, includes the front and back. This is the massage for those who can’t or do not like work on their legs due to circulation problems.

This focuses on one particular area you are having problems with, for example: back, legs, feet. Also great for acute injuries.

The Bowen-ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) technique uses a series of simple gentle moves across muscle and connective tissue. This process is very effective in helping balance many muscular, skeletal, nerve and chronic conditions. By balancing the parasympathetic and sympathetic portions of the Autonomic Nervous System, the body begins to heal itself and to be relieved of toxins. Follow-up visits are suggested and might be shorter that initial visit.

Aviana “Mindful” Touch Therapy was created by Nancy E. Schmitt specifically for cancer patients and clients where regular massage therapy may not be recommended. Nancy is a cancer survivor herself.

You can choice to receive just a shorter session for 20 minutes. Can choose either acupressure, massage of face/neck/shoulder/scalp with energy work or massage of feet including acupressure and energy work.

Technique involving the laying of hands on specific points on the body in which energy passes through the hands of the therapist and into the client. It realigns energy flow, helps eliminate blockages to start ones’ own self-healing and promotes balance and relaxation. Reiki means “Universal Life Energy”. It addresses the whole person, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Involves using crystals and/or gems that have a vibrational energy that can help one with illness and/or disease or for stress reduction. Each stone has different healing properties that help each person differently. I hand choose stones that will aid in your session to help align your energies and chakras.

Indian head massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years (see Ayurvedic Medicine). The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
