Massage with Cheryl involves a unique blend of her experiences and training over her 8+ years in practice including but not limited to Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, NMT, Myofascial, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Body treatments, Headache Treatments, Thai Herbal Massage, Yoga and Integrative. Together we will customize a treatment that is right for you. $100/hr in your Home.

Cheryl will bring her educated and intuitive hands as well as all supplies needed to provide Therapeutic Massage for you and your friends or loved ones. You will each receive a 90min session catering to your specific Therapeutic needs.

Learn new massage techniques to share together. Your lesson begins with a brief instructional session regarding The five swedish strokes, Effleurage, Petrissage, Friction,Vibration and Tapotement. Then your partner is on the table and Cheryl will begin the massage, showing you proper body mechanics and endangerment sites, after Cheryl has demoed the strokes, you will have to opportunity to work on your partner, getting feedback both from Cheryl and from your partner. After switching you will both have received a full body massage and one on one massage instruction.
