This type of massage not only relieves the tension and aches caused by the extra weight gain and shift in the center of gravity, it also helps to reduce swelling, soothes the nervous system, reduces fatigue and enhances energy.

Taught to new parents, baby massage is designed to enhance the bonding between parent and baby. Baby massage can also help strengthen and regulate a baby's respiratory, circulatory and gastrointestinal functions, often relieving gas and colic.

Baby massage is often taught before baby's arrival with a follow-up session after the baby is born. Sessions may be purchased individually or as a package.

We'll start with a soothing foot soak, followed by an exfoliating scrub using Arbonne's Pampermint Foot Scrub. Then we'll move to a foot and leg massage with smooth warm stones and finish off with Arbonne's Pampermint Sole Mate Foot Cream.
