We use the classic Swedish massage techniques with long flowing strokes to decrease stress levels and encourage relaxation, alleviate muscle tension and reduce pain, enhance blood and lymph circulation, softening of skin and tissues.

Your feet are tired, you are running around, too busy to take some time out. This quick session with a refreshing peppermint foot soak, followed by a rejuvenating foot massage, will have you up and running with 'happy feet' in no time.

Smoothing away your aches and softening your skin. This refreshing peppermint and lavender foot soak will be followed by an uplifting aromatic hands and feet massage.

After a soothing lavender foot soak, your feet will be pampered with a peppermint scrub and a relaxing foot massage. This will be followed by a detoxifying clay-based foot mask and our delicious toe and heel butter moisturizer will complete your treat.

After your lavender foot soak and foot massage (or reflexology) you will receive a luxurious facial to make you feel very Special.

Purification is the process of rendering something pure, i.e. clean of foreign elements and/or pollution

This detoxification session is the perfect way to jump start this season.
The session begins with a cleansing rosemary and Epsom salt foot soak. Next we will stimulate the lymphatic system through Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. This will help to remove toxins and foreign substances. To achieve optimal detoxification, we will follow this by a gentle foot Reflexology to improve the functioning of the immune system.
The session ends with a relaxation application of aromatic foot lotion.

Enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea during your soothing foot soak, infused with sea salts and essential oils of peppermint and lavender. This will be followed by a one-hour stress relieving Aromatic Swedish Full Body Massage. Complementing this will be a deeply relaxing integrative foot reflexology session or foot massage. The elegance of a hot stone massage delights the senses and soothes the soul. The warmth of the stones combined with long Swedish massage strokes promote a deep muscle relaxation and ease muscle pain. The infusion of restful botanicals with the scent of fruits and flowers calms the nervous system and returns the whole body to balance.

Indulge yourself to an afternoon of wine and flowers in the vineyard, leaving your body deeply polished and relaxed. Your feet will start with a bouquet in a bowl foot soak. After dry brushing your skin, Grape seed oil and crushed grape seeds from our own vineyard will exfoliate and renew your body, while dewy drops of flower water will fill the senses. A refreshing shower is followed by a light Swedish massage with revitalizing aroma therapy, including lavender and German Chamomile which will complete this luxurious treatment. (grape seeds may be substituted for slightly coarser apricot kernel, by your choice)

After your aromatic foot soak you may choose for relaxation or re-energizing.
Our brown sugar and vanilla polish will leave your skin soft and smooth. This is followed by a soothing shower and relaxing massage infused with lavender and mandarin essential oils.
Our salt and peppermint polish will get your circulation going. This is followed by a refreshing shower and uplifting massage infused with rosemary, lemongrass and peppermint essential oils.

This detoxification wrap is the perfect painless way to jump start your diet. Soaking your feet in a bath of herbs and drinking warm herbal tea, then stimulating your circulation and lymph flow with a Roman dry brush, this is only the beginning of your session. Towels infused with rosemary, thyme, ginger, cloves and sage will be wrapped snugly around you to facilitate detoxification. During your wrap you will receive a scalp and feet massage. After a brief shower to cool down, your session ends with a relaxing, moisturizing massage. The Romans sure knew how to live well.
