My work integrates a variety of massage techniques -- Swedish or relaxation, deep tissue, sports-related techniques, slow stretching, trigger point, myofascial release and Shiatsu. I can also incorporate essential oils, heat packs, and hot stones. It's customized to your needs and I welcome your feedback at all times.

Hot stone massage : The application of direct heat from the stones ,relaxes muscles more quickly than with traditional massage. Allowing the client to enter a state of deep relaxation and healing within minutes. The perfectly heated stones glide along the body causing the blood vessels to expand, which allows blood and waste to pass trough the circulatory system more efficiently. Hot oil is used with this massage. All my clients describe it as "Heavenly."
