Thai Yoga Massage approaches the body with an Eastern mind. By clearing open the bodies energy channels (Sip Sen) through applied rhythmic pressure, it is believed that the body's systems are brought into proper function as energy or qi/ki is able to move freely. Along with gentle stretching and breathing techniques, Thai Yoga Massage brings harmony & relaxation to the mind & body of it's recipent. Diana incorporates Shiatsu, 5 Element Theory into her Thai Yoga Massage practice as well.
