Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art. It is the art of channeling Universal Life Force Energy to promote physical,mental, emotional and spiritual healing. During a Reiki session you remain fully clothed as the Reiki Master lays her hands on the energy meridians of the body (also known as Chakras)channeling pure healing energy through her body, out her hands and into the client. Each Chakra is responsible for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body. Reiki brings about deep relaxation, clears energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality, and increases the vibration frequency of the body. Reiki balances the chakras and restores order to unbalanced vital energy. This balance allows stored toxins to be released from the body stores, providing an opportunity to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sound therapy is the use of sound, using vocal harmonics, to create balance within the physical body through the energy meridians called "chakras". Toning is the use of vocal harmonics to bring balance to the energetic system. Sound can rearrange molecular structures, facilitating healing.
