Acupressure is finger pressure held on an acupoint, an energy point near the surface of the skin. In this particular protocol, we follow a specific pathway using a local point, often a tender spot or trigger point, and hold a distal point to help the area and the meridian release and to assist with energy balance.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.”

The 10 Step Craniosacral Protocol is a light hands on holding of restricted areas in the sacral and cranial areas, as well as a couple of key spots in the torso, in order to improve the function of that system, and the central nervous system.
