A Swedish massage consists of long soothing strokes to promote feelings of well-being on both physical and emotional levels. It promotes health and relaxation by relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, alleviating muscle soreness, and increasing range of motion in joints

This modality incorporates the strokes of Swedish massage but with deeper pressure engaging muscles for a pain relieving result. Primarily used in the back, neck, shoulders and larger muscle groups.

An advanced deep tissue technique based on a detailed assessment. NMT is used to identify and treat muscle knots (trigger points) that are the source of pain referral patterns. This modality is usually done as part of a series of treatments used to eliminate pain from acute or long standing muscular pain.
