This style of anti-aging is effective and natural. An initial evaluation is needed with 10-12 followup treatments recommended for best results. Results can last for up to 5 years.

A holistic, non-invasive alternative to laser and injection to reduce/eliminate blue and red spider veins in the lower extremity is the ancient Eastern technique called cupping. This treatment can be done solo or in conjunction with another anti-aging regimen. Up to 4 areas can be treated in a single session. A minimum of 4-8 sessions are recommended. 30 minutes.

In general, acupuncture can be effective in relieving stress. In men, it can serve to increase virility by strengthening the related kidney meridian, and research (S. Siterman et. al. "Effect of Acupuncture on Sperm Parameters of Males suffering from Subfertility related to low Sperm Quality" (Arch Androl volume 39, 1997, pages 155-161) has also shown that acupuncture can increase sperm count as well as motility.

At Element we work individually with each client to reach their fertility goals. A custom Acupuncture and HHP Plan can be created for you. This will include but is not limited to evaluation and recommendations regarding use of Acupuncture, Acupressure, Yoga, Massage and diet modification/nutrition. Coordination of care with your OB/Gyn and/or Fertility Specialist is highly recommended and we aim to assist you with that as much as possible. We usually ask clients seeking assistance with fertility to prepare for a 3-6 month plan of action including 2-3 visits per week.

The use of Acupuncture for Weight Loss is safe, effective and natural. The goal is to reduce appetite, suppress cravings and minimize withdrawal from processed foods. A typical treatment plan recommends a minimum of 2 visits per week for 4 weeks then 1 visit per week for 2-4 weeks then as needed.
