Swedish massage's main purpose is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.
Swedish massage reduces stress, both emotional and physical, a wonderful program for stress management.
It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It can shorten recovery time from muscular strain. It flushes the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It also aides in keeping the ligaments and tendons supple and pliable. It stimulates the skin and nervous system.

Deep tissue Therapeutic massage works by physically breaking down adhesions, to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
It uses many of the same techniques as traditional Swedish massage, but uses deeper strokes. It can also incorporate stretching, friction, pressure point therapy, muscle mechanics & myofacial work.

There are many ways that massage can compliment a patients cancer treatment. Relaxation is the first benefit. During treatment for an illness we are poked and prodded. Being pampered can be a wonderful escape.
Some side effects of cancer treatment can be alleviated with special attention.
For mastectomy patients there is tissue mobilization to gain range of motion in the shoulder, arm, and breast area. It can improve the pain level and pliability of the breast.
Peripheral Neuropathy(numbness in the hand and feet)is a common chemotherapy side effect. There is a protocol where extensive deep work can improve these issues.

If you know you are interested in regular massage and would like to save money, this is the option for you. As a preferred member you will have a monthly auto-debit pre-pay option. Your savings depends on how often you would like to come. If for some reason you miss a massage, don't worry. You have 90 days to use the service you missed.

On site chair massage is available.
It is an amazing addition to any event. It's also a great way for an employer to take care of thier employees.

A package deal can be arranged. Price is determined by travel time and time needed on site. $1 a minute is standard. 2hr minimum.
