Swedish techniques as well as myofascial release techniques are utilized to relieve chronic muscle tension and associated pain. Slow strokes, compression, and deep finger pressure invoke muscle relaxation, relieve trigger points, and release myofascial adhesion.

There are four different areas contributed to sports massage: pre-event, post-event, general maintenance & corrective therapy. Depending on the client’s situation; whether in training for competition or in off-season, the techniques will differ. Sports massage will prep an athlete for a meet, prevent injury and help injuries heal faster, clear bio-mechanically stressed areas, enhance range of motion, increase use of energy, and aid in injury rehabilitation. It also helps in breaking up chronic pain cycles, overall maintenance of muscle-nutrition, tone, flexibility, increase training levels, eliminate any predisposing and perpetuating factors. No deep specific work 24-48 hours prior to an event, or 24-36 hours post-event.

Women love this treatment; pregnancy massages help maintain stress and anxiety for their big day at the hospital, as well as relieving back and hip pain that so many women fight during pregnancy. This massage will also help with appetite, digestion, and releases superficial muscles. No deep work involved.

Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that gently abrades the top layer of the skin to stimulate blood flow to face.

This procedure is a safer and cheaper alternative to a chemical peel, thereby earning the nickname “the lunchtime chemical peel.” There is no down time required after treatments, which makes this a convenient alternative.

Make-up needs to be removed before treatment (lipstick and eye make-up can remain) and can be applied right after treatment, which takes about 30 minutes. Usually, six treatments are needed for the best, longer lasting results. Wrinkles, brown spots, and acne scarring are significantly reduced, if not eliminated.

The Level 3 Pryzma bed is our top of the line unit. With 44 lamps and 4 facial tanners, this is a great maintenance bed. Because it takes up to 48 hours to achieve the maximum effect, 1-2 tanning session per week is all that's needed. You will keep your cool in this bed with its built-in air cooling and heat exhaust systems!

We offer both beds and booths for our Level 2 units. The BodyScan 2000 has a total of 32 lamps with an additional 3 facial tanners. The maximum time on this unit is 15 minutes. It takes approximately 24 hours for the full coloring to come out after a tanning session in the Level 2 bed. This means you only need to tan about 2-3 times a week to reach your tanning goal. We also offer an 11 minute Sundazzler booth for those who prefer to stand up.
