Your current health, activity level, habits, and beliefs will be considered as we develop a plan to meet your goals. This session prepares you to make positive changes and move forward with a healthy eating plan and is the prerequisite to the follow-up appointments.

Be successful at maintaining healthy lifestyle changes with follow-up appointments. Follow-up appointments can be purchased in packages of three thirty-minute sessions that can be used over the course of a year to provide on-going support.
