Upon your arrival at Wellness an intake form is completed, followed by a discussion of your goals for the session which sets the course for the treatment. Utilizing parallel bars overhead for balance and leverage, the AOBT therapist uses body weight to apply pressure directed through bare feet. A smooth, flowing, gliding, technique on lubricated skin provides an intensely deep, and amazingly relaxing therapeutic massage experience.
