Reflexology is a powerful natural health science that studies the relationship of the reflex areas in the feet to the rest of the body. The therapist works these areas with fingers and thumbs in order to create positive changes in the body.

First, we exfoliate with a sugared body scrub treatment. After removing the scrub with hot towels, an Aroma Contour Wrap Oil is smoothed on to tighten and tone the skin. Relax while wrapped in warm thermal sheets, allowing for deep penetration of the essential oils into the skin. While wrapped, enjoy a face, neck, and scalp massage.

Sea clay body wrapping is the famous body treatment used by Hollywood celebrities prior to events and photo shoots. A sea algae and mineral mask is applied with bandages all over the body. You are then cocooned in a thermal suit to sweat it out in a private Pilates class. You'll make a trip or two into the sauna as well. An average inch loss with the first body wrap can be between 4 to 12 inches. For lasting results, a post-wrap whole foods diet must be followed for 3-10 days in order to complete the detoxification process. Underwear is worn during the treatment so make sure to bring a change for after.

Start with a cleansing, toning, face serum and follow with warm paraffin brushed onto a specialized gauze face mask and left to heat and hydrate the deep layers of your skin. While under the paraffin mask, you will receive a luxurious head, neck and shoulder massage. After the mask is removed, a relaxing face massage penetrates the paraffin oil even deeper for a fantastic finish.
