Deep Tissue massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

This exotic treatment involves placing heated Lava stones on to the skin and pressure points. Hot stones are used to massage different parts of the body and the stones are also placed on specific areas. The stones are very comfortable and never too hot. This produces a state of relaxation like no other.

Deep Tissue Massage is applied to the deeper, core layers of the body often using the elbow as well as the usual thumb, finger and fist pressure. The therapist will always check in with the client to determine pressure sensitivity. Deep tissue work helps with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. Swedish Massage is based on the European model developed in the 1800's, it combines relaxation, muscle flexibility, and fluid drainage. Swedish massage provides wonderful general benefits such as increased circulation, removal of lactic acid and toxins, stress reduction, deeper breathing, relaxation of the nervous system, stimulates the skin, and can provide an overall balance of mind and body.

This is an ancient eastern form of healing that is often referred to as "lazy man's yoga" because of its similarities to the practice of yoga. The safe alternative to the harmful effects of UV rays. The active ingredient in virtually all Sunless Tanning formulas is Dihydroxyacetone (DHA). When (DHA) is applied to the skin, it causes a chemical reaction with the amino acids in the skin to produce a tan, much like the sun does, but without UVA and UVB damage to the skin.

We will apply a customized formula based on your skin tone, leaving you with a beautiful tan that will last 4-8 days. You may choose to have either a partial body spray tan or a full body spray tan.
