This is a one hour massage of the feet legs, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Abdominal and gluteal muscle groups upon request. Relaxing swedish massage techniques are applied unless a specific area requires deep tissue, myofascial release or one of many other clinical techniques that are needed to release muscle tissue, scar tissue, trigger points or tender points.

So why would you want to get a stone massage, instead of just a regular massage?

To begin with, the stones' heating or cooling effect will add to the regular massage techniques to make muscle relaxation easier, faster, or deeper. And speaking of deep work, stones can help your therapist work more deeply without using so much pressure - which is good for both you and the therapist.

Relaxation can also be enhanced by placing stones over the spine. This is not an area that a massage therapist can usually treat, but stones that just sit here can have a calming effect on the entire central nervous system, not just on the muscles.

Massage therapy is a completely safe, natural drug-free method of relieving the aches and pains of pregnancy. Most people think Cellulite, which commonly appears on the arms, hips, thighs and buttocks of women, is caused by being overweight. Actually, the condition is due to displaced fat and toxins that are trapped in tight fibrous bands in the dermal layer of the skin and cause a decrease in the circulation and elimination by the body's cells. Coldness is produced from lack of oxygen due to poor circulation in the area. As the fat cools it becomes more solid and is less absorbable to the blood stream. This treatment is a mechanical skin rolling process which creates heat, breaks up the fat particles and liquefies the fat so it can return to the general circulation. How soon will I see a result?

A full set of nails are applied using OPI competition formula acrylic over high quality abs plastic tips. Acrylic nails need to be "filled" every 2 weeks where the nails grows out from the cuticle area. The service is finished with your choice of nail color.

Nails are shortened and reshaped, and the new growth is filled in with acrylic or acrygel. Nails are then polished.

Your old nail polish is removed with Zoya polish remover/nail prep which not only removes the polish without leaving any residue that would interfere with the adhesion of the new polish but also restores the nail to it's proper ph balance.
Your new color is applied and a UV topcoat or nail strengthener is applied to finish.

A full set of gorgeous nails sculpted over tips with pink and white acrylic to give you a "permanent" french manicure that will not wear off.
