Deeper pressure techniques utilizing thumbs, knuckles, elbows and forearms are used to work the deeper muscle groups located along the neck, shoulders, back and legs. This may also include releasing trigger points which may be causing referred pain to other areas of the body. This massage is ideal for persons that are physically active, sit at computers for long periods of time or that have very physically demanding jobs.

Both Swedish and deep tissue techniques are blended to alleviate muscle tension and other body discomfort, while still providing a relaxing massage. This massage is ideal for persons wanting to try a little more pressure than the standard Swedish to help reduce muscle tension in the neck and shoulders while still receiving a relaxing massage to the arms, hands, legs and feet.

Heated stones are used in combination with a light oil to massage the muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, back, arms and legs. Pressure varies depending upon the clients needs. *Caution-this massage should not be used for clients who are diabetic, have certain skin conditions or are heat sensitive.

Specially trained therapists use specific techniques to help alleviate the common discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as low back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, headaches and leg pain.**Client must be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester to receive this massage.

Chair massage is performed while the client is fully clothed and seated in an upright position in a specially designed chair. The main focus is usually on the the back, neck and shoulders, but may also include the arms, hands, face and scalp. This type of massage is performed at a rate of $1.00 per minute, usually for 15-30 minutes. Out-calls can be scheduled at a rate of $75.00 for the first hour and $1.00 per minute thereafter for business functions, events, parties, health fairs, open houses, etc.
