In this 45-minute prenatal consultation, we will go over the client's health history, diet, workout history, any conditions or risk factors that we need to be aware of, in order to design a custom prenatal fitness program.
The client is to provide the doctor's written approval at the first appointment.

In this 75-minute one-on-one prenatal fitness session, we begin our workout with a 8-12 minute warm-up, which then is followed by a full body stretch.

A low impact full body workout follows, along with pregnancy specific exercises to help the client stretch and strengthen her way through pregnancy, and to physically, mentally and emotionally prepare her for the childbirth process. The workout ends with a full body stretch and cool-down.
