Swedish massage is a gentle rhythmic massage used to relax body tissue. Long, flowing kneading strokes can relieve muscle tension, loosen stiff joints, and give an overall feeling of well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. When muscles are tight, oxygen and nutrients are blocked, leading to inflammation, and a build up of toxins in the tissue. Massage can release tight muscles and improve circulation, thus pain is relieved.

Heated basalt stones are used to massage sore, tight muscles. Feel the tension melt with this wonderful massage.

The foot wrap treatment is done during your massage, or full body treatment with the goal of increasing relaxation and lymph flow in the feet and throughout the body. We start with aromatherapy foot massage oils in lavender or eucalyptus, followed by a gentle scrub to exfoliate the feet. Then the feet are wrapped in warm towels and left to relax. For a few minutes we massage elsewhere and then return to the feet, wipe away the scrub with warm towels and apply an aromatic lotion.
