Created in Thailand 2500 years ago, Thai Massage uses gentle rocking, rhythmic compressions, deep stretching, sophisticated range-of-motion maneuvers, and pressure point work. It addresses deep muscle and joint tension and mobility. It's been described as "lazy man's yoga" since the body is taken passively through a complete stretch. Thai Massage is performed with the client wearing comfortable, loose clothing.
