This session is designed for the first time client. A wonderful mix of relaxation massage and therapeutic bodywork. My goal is to work together with client and begin a process of bringing about body awareness and balance for the them as a whole.

During this series we will work together to find the proper posture to prevent injury and increase comfort and relaxation.

Includes a full consultation using three theories of assessment (Asian, Ayurvedic & Western) to discover your current body constitution and how to work towards your balanced body constitution. Following assessment we do a full body self awareness massage. During this session we discover what type of touch you like for each area by communicating sensation, emotion or memory, and if the current type of touch is serving you or needs to change (even a bit) to serve you better. The goal of this session is to bring about self awareness and create an ability to communicate your bodies needs.Includes 2 follow up sessions. During your follow up session we discuss your experiences, followed by a 75 minute massage & bodywork sampler session. The sampler session has been customized based on the likes and dislikes of your self awareness massage. Following your sampler session we create a treatment plan of sessions & self care for the season to enhance breath, improve range of motion (ROM) & your body's alignment. The Taikyo form is a table form where the practitioner uses a tai chi form of motion to increase the effects of the bodywork. Both forms focus on working the meridians to release blockages and increase flow of chi & blood where there is stagnation.

Indian head massage is a relaxing therapy involving massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Its purpose is to provide relief from aches, pains, stress symptoms, promotes hair growth, soothes comforts and rebalances the skin. It provides a sense of deep calmness and tranquility. This massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, practiced in India for over a thousand years.

Lay upon a comfortable pattern of warm and or cool stones and pillows. Additional stones and pillows are placed upon your body, in you hands and against you feet. You may choose to have an eye-pillow as you rest quietly. Your session is completed with a optional stone face massage or/and scalp massage.

A beeswax cylinder is gently placed in the ear and lit on the other side creating a vacuum. This gentle vacuum safety loosen wax build up and toxins, reduces excess moisture, relieves sinus pressure. We Suggest ear candling as a therapeutic tool to be used twice to four times a year with the changing of the seasons. Each session is followed with a relaxing sinus massage.
